Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues.
Please verify your size and review our size charts carefully before placing an order.

We only accept returns or replacements if an item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at deltatradingcl@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos showing the defect

Approved Returns

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for Size issues, Buyer’s remorse, Sale items or gift cards, Custom or personalized products, Perishable goods, Personal care goods, Hazardous materials or flammable products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to sizing or preference. Defective items may be replaced once the defect is verified.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
This does not apply to custom-made products, which cannot be returned unless defective. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at deltatradingcl@gmail.com.
